Hi Friends, I wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I am so grateful for all your support and feedback this year. With the holiday just a day away, I wanted to take a moment to wish you a Happy, Healthy Thanksgiving, and a positive start to the holiday season. Typically, the time between Thanksgiving and New Years can feel like a blur. Given the nature of the year 2020, it is certainly possible that this year's activities and emotions are very different from those you have experienced during any previous year. But please know this, YOU have the power to recognize that truth, and to make it okay with yourself. Accept how you are feeling, and find time to take care of yourself in whatever way feels best for you in the moment. Whether it's slowing down by meditating, journalling, reading, relaxing with a cup of tea, or keeping yourself busy and active through exercise or participating in hobbies and activities you truly enjoy... Give Yourself a Stamp of Approval! Give yourself permission to tackle the end of the year in whatever way works best for YOU, without the negative self-judgement, comparison to others, and without needing anyone else's agreement. Make your move, and then own it proudly. Think of this period as a preview of what is possible for you in the year to come. Give yourself the opportunity to be in charge of YOU, feeling like you really do know best what works for you in your own life. (Other people's suggestions are greatly appreciated. And...no thank you.) You will be so surprised how great that feels, and what perfect decisions you actually make on your own behalf! You are the expert of you. I truly believe that. And I believe that you are fully capable of making your own magic happen...during this holiday season and beyond. So begin today, and see how good it feels. And just as a little heads up, I am working on some new things to support you in the coming year. I love working with women to help them drop the negative conversation they've been having with themselves around aging. I believe that when you feel the joy of personal growth and self-acceptance, you tap into your personal reservoir of real happiness. It is a game changer to recognize your power to create the life you want to have, and I am here to help you see that it is never too late. The power you feel from developing yourself in any direction you choose (in your career, your love life, your physical body) is like nothing else you can imagine. And, your focus on YOU is far from selfish. Your own growth creates positive energy not just for yourself, but for all the people in your orbit. It truly has a ripple effect that spreads to those around you, and then to those around them. So now more than ever, the world needs you to be the best version of yourself. I am happy to help you do that, one small step at a time. My experience with groups (as both a leader and a participant) has enabled me to see the amazing impact women have on each other when they are meeting together consistently.
