Hi Friends, Happy Chanukah To All Those Who Celebrate! I wish you all the joys of the season and a wonderful, delicious holiday filled with love! As a small gift, I've attached a Chanukah recipe for Brussel Sprout Latkes from one of my favorite cooking experts, Pamela Salzman. She is an amazing chef, cookbook creator, and online cooking class teacher, who is, BONUS: a trained holistic health practitioner. This recipe is not exactly in the "healthy" category from a strictly nutritional standpoint. (One suggestion: you can substitute avocado oil in the recipe as a healthier alternative for frying.) However, in so many ways, it does adhere to my more holistic definition of "healthy", which these days feels even more important to me.
